The shaft of conveyor roller are made of cold-drawn round steel bar. High-precision diameter tolerances allow the rollers and bearings to fit perfectly. Use automatic CNC machine tools to cut and process the steel bar to ensure precise positioning of the circlip grooves. This allows the rollers to have very little axial movement.
