This all-wheel travel mobile ship loader uses a cambered boom conveyor to load ships and it can offer flexible solutions for every loading application with loading capacity up to 2000 t/h. It can accept a variety of bulk material feeding methods.

Introduction

This full mobile chassis of CBSL all wheel travel mobile shiploader allow it to be move to any where in the dock of port. We will provide different design to anywhere the bulk vessel you will load. The loading capacity can be up to 2000t/h and the working length ranges from 30m to 55m. This cambered mobile ship loader can be fed by truck unloader, grasshopper conveyor and fixed belt conveyor.

  1. From Truck to Ship: This ship loader receives bulk materials from single or double truck unloader.
  2. From Wheel Loader to Ship: This ship loader receives bulk materials from mobile hopper feeder.
  3. From Link to Ship: This ship loader receive bulk materials from portable grasshopper conveyors.

This cambered ship loader has 4 moving modes, and they are:

  1. In-line travel: Easily travel to and from the berthing line.
  2. Carousel travel mode: Enable full 360° rotary movement of the machine.
  3. Parallel travel: Fast hatch to hatch transition.
  4. Crab travel mode: Enabling a narrower footprint of machine on jetty/quayside.
