Self-Align Idler

A self-aligning idler, also known as a training idler, is a conveyor idler designed to automatically correct and maintain the alignment of a conveyor belt. We provide trough-shaped self-aligning idlers and flat self-aligning idlers for belt conveyors.

Introduction

A normal self-aligning idler consist of three normal rollers and two guide rollers or one normal roller and two guide rollers. These self-align idler often use the guide roller to prevent misaligning of conveyor belt. We also provide special self-align idlers with special rollers like tapered rollers and friction rollers.
